Founding partners
Mariapaola Biasi
Mariapaola is the Managing Partner of K.hub. An expert in cultural development, philanthropic strategies, CSR, and social sustainability, she has extensive experience leading non-profit organizations, corporate foundations, and think tanks. She previously served as Head of the Permanent Education Service at The European House – Ambrosetti, Senior Advisor for National Activities at Aspen Institute Italia, Secretary General of Fondazione Zoé – Zambon Open Education, and Head of Corporate Heritage and Culture at Zambon. She provides consulting services in training program development, philanthropic initiatives, strategic management and development of non-profit entities, and CSR projects.
Marco Greco
Marco is Co-CEO of Value Track SIM, a boutique investment bank specializing in Capital Markets and Corporate Finance. He has been active as an equity financial analyst since 1995, working with leading Italian and international institutions, both in start-up phases and in established contexts. He previously served as Head of the Equity Research Department at Mediobanca.
Giandomenico Sica
Giandomenico is the founder and Managing Partner of Filomatica, a family-owned holding company that invests in tech and tech-enabled businesses internationally, where he leads the firm’s activities in strategy, equity capital markets, M&A, and corporate finance. Prior to founding Filomatica, he co-founded Polimetrica, a publishing house focused on scientific and academic editions in English and other languages, which published over 100 books promoting open access to scientific literature. Giandomenico holds a degree in Philosophy (with honors) from the University of Milan.
